After meeting up with 4 other IDs, my wife and I were still not satisfied. They were either too expensive or in a ‘wrong frequency’ with us. Ben was recommended by a friend and we felt that he was the right guy. He was responsive and had many practical suggestions. He was able to find solutions to problems along the way and good at coordinating with our own external vendors. Overall we had a good reno journey with him.

Personally I found him very patience, tolerance n attentive towards my wife demands n ideas, even though my wife sometimes do not know how to expressed her concept. Benjamin is an A* ID who provides A class service and advice throughout the whole renovation process. He is super patient with our endless questions and took his time coming down to our unit again and again, just to ensure that the work is done properly. If there’s any rectifications or amendments to be done, he’ll send his contractors down immediately to it. Kudos to the team! The quality of the work is impeccable and we’re very pleased with it! Must importantly, Benjamin understands our vision and works very hard (even doing touch up jobs himself) in achieving the goal.
