Our ID, Jason Teh did a fantastic job for us. Renovated the whole 5 rooms flat. Also special thanks to his tiler Ah Yee and carpentry Ah Pui who work well with him. Both are very professional and knowledgable in their field of work. With good tiler and carpentry, the quality of the renovation is 65% there. Balance 35% will be the design which we are especially happy with the layout of our wet/dry kitchen and master bedroom. Both are our dream design. Jason managed to execute the renovation within the agreed timeline. With his extensive knowledge, he is very good with back-to-back coordination of all the work. I am very impressed with Inspire ID’s renovation services! They helped me redesign my home, and their expertise really showed. Russell and his team’s done it again! On top of providing sound advice on designing a home, they never up sell or cut any corners. Delivering innovative products at a very reasonable price such as Full aluminum cupboards, lifetime warranty for Excel branded hinges. All done and delivered with good project management and workmanship.

Engage ID Ben for the space planning of my house, explain to us in detail and also have a though for us as both of us just started working. Listed out what is possible and plausible. He really put in a lot of effort in the space planning of the house, and even think for us when he is planning, really experience ID that i engage. So thankful to have him as our ID.

We met Dave by chance after scrolling upon Inspire ID’s FB advertisements. At a visit to the Balestier show room, Dave greeted us.

Thanks for helping us with our design and supervision of the ground work. We couldn’t have open the shop in less than 2 months time on top of this challenging Covid period. During this 2 months, felt William is very responsible, resourceful and helpful along the way. The actual work turns out even better than expected from the 3D pictures he has presented to us. The hard work really paid off!

When we started to look for ID, we met few IDs from different company. After meeting with them, we feel Oscar from Inspire is friendly and nice, he understand what we want and response on time. So we decided to engage him as it is very important to get someone that you comfortable with because renovation is a long journey including the follow up after completion.

We glad that we made a right choice and the renovation meets our requirement. We can’t say it’s 100% good, but the follow up on touch up is prompt and responsive. We are happy with the quotation (although not the cheapest, but compatible and reasonable) and we like the renovation 😊 a sweet home!

After meeting up with 4 other IDs, my wife and I were still not satisfied. They were either too expensive or in a ‘wrong frequency’ with us. Ben was recommended by a friend and we felt that he was the right guy. He was responsive and had many practical suggestions. We were initially skeptical about engaging ID services though we decided to go with Krystal Boon from inspire ID as our final choice after visiting a few different companies and their IDs . I would like to commend that Krystal Boon that she did an excellent job in designing my condo unit – the Hillier. As a designer, she is well versed in her technical knowledge and has a great sense of aesthetics. Krystal offered great design ideas, and also took into consideration my preferences and requirements. It also helped that Krystal offered sound advice so that my house looks as luxury as it can be.

From the inception of the project to the handover, Krystal took effort to be on-site regularly to ensure the progress of the renovation went smoothly. She was also very responsive and responsible in providing updates. Krystal was very patient and accommodating my undying request.

Krystal delivered The design and finishes that create a warm and cosy ambience that is more than what I have expected.

My wife and me met Kelvin during our search for IDs when we were about to receive our BTO keys. He was the last one we met, and we confirmed to engage his services at that meeting.

While his quotation was not the cheapest compared to the other 4 CASE-TRUST ID companies I met, I am glad that we clicked as I communicated what I wanted. I was intrigued when he showed me his portfolio of a curvy false ceiling. That grabbed my attention right away since it was something different from the “standard” template.

The result turned out well. My wife and I were impressed. The whole renovation was completed seamlessly and swiftly. Kelvin made sure he got his contractors to rectify certain flaws before I flagged them to him.

Kelvin had also been thoughtful in small but useful implementation in my TV console and kitchen cabinets. He is also very responsive if I needed help.

The best part, there wasn’t a need for any price change and it was kept to the quotation!

After surveying so many ID group, we finally decided to pass this important missions to Benjamin. looking at his pass design is something that near to what we wanted and Benjamin is very friendly and open. Is comfortable to communicate with him.

He is very helpful. Able to visualize the problem that we may face before hand and he is very good in calculate dimensions to plan and design on our furniture etc.

He will also update us with photo on the progress or even help us pick up some of the missing item as we are working to keep us a Peace of mind.
